1. Gramam Spa – Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate our guests whenever possible. To ensure smooth scheduling and fair service to all, we kindly request adherence to the following policy:

Appointment Changes or Cancellations

  • 24-Hour Notice: Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without any charge if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.

  • Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

No-Shows

Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full price of the booked service.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time to enjoy your complete treatment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the next appointment, while the full service fee will still apply.

Group Bookings or Packages

Group bookings or multi-service spa packages require 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the total booking amount.

Refunds

  • Prepaid services and deposits are non-refundable but may be credited toward future appointments if canceled within the required notice period.

  • In exceptional cases approved by management, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited to the guest’s original payment method.

2. Gramam Stays – Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our spaces are thoughtfully designed and reserved for a limited number of guests to preserve the Gramam Living experience. As each reservation blocks a room or villa exclusively for you, we follow a strict cancellation and refund policy.

Booking Confirmations

A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment. This amount ensures your reservation and is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Cancellations

  • No Refunds: Once a stay is confirmed, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or early check-outs — regardless of the reason.

  • Date Changes: Date changes may be considered only once and subject to availability, if requested at least 7 days before check-in.

  • Within 7 Days: Cancellations or date change requests made within 7 days of check-in will result in forfeiture of the full amount paid.

No-Shows and Early Departures

Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date or leaving before the booked departure date will be treated as a no-show, with no refund or credit applicable.

Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies, management may, at its discretion, offer credit toward a future stay at Gramam Living, valid for a limited time.
