2. Bookings and Payments
Acceptance:
All bookings for stays, spa treatments, or café events are subject to availability and confirmation. Gramam Living reserves the right to accept, modify, or cancel bookings at its discretion.
Pricing:
Rates for accommodation, spa services, and café offerings are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honored unless an obvious error occurs.
Payment:
Payments may be made through cash, card, UPI, or digital wallets. By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
3. Stay, Spa & Café Policies
Stay:
We invite guests to enjoy the calm and quiet of Gramam Living. Please respect fellow guests and staff, and maintain the serenity of the space. Smoking is not permitted inside rooms or shared indoor areas. Pets are allowed only in designated accommodations with prior approval.
Spa:
Our treatments are designed to promote wellness and relaxation. Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies before your session. We provide disposable undergarments, and shower facilities are available on request. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Café:
Gramam Café is a quiet, mindful space for reflection and nourishment. We request guests to keep conversations gentle and respect the calm atmosphere. Outside food or beverages are not permitted. Menu prices are subject to change based on seasonal availability of ingredients.

5. Gift Vouchers and Offers
Gift vouchers issued by Gramam Living are non-refundable and must be redeemed before expiry.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
Promotional offers are valid only for the specified period and may be withdrawn without prior notice and cannot be added on with any other vouchers.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials on our website, including text, design, photographs, logos, and artwork, are the property of Gramam Living and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. No material may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.
