Villa Gramam is a restored Agraharam-style home—a traditional Kerala Brahmin residence—thoughtfully transformed into a three-bedroom private pool villa. It blends timeless architecture with modern comfort, reflecting the essence of Gramam Living by Sarwaa.
What amenities are available at the villa?
The villa features three air-conditioned bedrooms, a private pool, living and dining areas, Wi-Fi, and daily housekeeping. Guests also enjoy easy access to the Gramam Spa and is a short 2 minute walk away from Café Sarwaa on the Cliff where there is direct access to the beach.
